Who may use Cookiezy
Cookiezy is intended for business, professional, organizational, or project use by customers who are authorized to enter into a binding agreement and use the service on behalf of themselves or their organization.
- • The person creating or using a Cookiezy workspace represents that they have authority to act for the relevant customer or organization.
- • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- • Customers are responsible for controlling access to their team, account credentials, and downloaded adapter packages.
Trials, subscriptions, and manual access
Cookiezy may provide trial access, paid subscription plans, and in some cases manually granted access such as complimentary, donation, or partner access.
- • Trial access may be time-limited, domain-limited, feature-limited, or otherwise restricted.
- • Paid plans may renew on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with the applicable billing workflow.
- • Manual access grants may be offered at Cookiezy's discretion and may be limited by product, duration, domain count, or support scope.
- • Cookiezy may change plan packaging, pricing, product scope, or feature availability prospectively, subject to applicable law and any active commercial commitments.
License scope and domain restrictions
Cookiezy distributes adapter packages and related customer documentation under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the customer's internal use in accordance with the selected or granted plan.
- • Customers may use downloaded adapters only for the number of domains, workspaces, or deployments allowed under the applicable plan or manual grant.
- • Customers must register permitted hostnames where required so Cookiezy can verify whether the adapter may run in full mode.
- • Cookiezy may place adapters into restricted mode when a trial expires, a subscription becomes inactive, a hostname is not authorized, a domain cap has been exceeded, or required license configuration is missing.
- • In restricted mode, Cookiezy may continue to provide only the necessary-only compliance layer while analytics, marketing, premium runtime functionality, or other optional features remain disabled until the account returns to good standing.
- • Customers must not bypass, disable, or attempt to interfere with site-key verification, entitlement checks, or domain enforcement controls.
Fees, invoices, taxes, and refunds
Paid plans may be subject to invoices, credit notes, taxes, recurring charges, and refund handling according to the commercial flow configured by Cookiezy.
- • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with the selected plan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- • Invoices and credit notes may be generated and delivered electronically by Paradigma Plus d.o.o. on behalf of the Cookiezy service.
- • Refunds, credits, or goodwill adjustments may be issued at Cookiezy's discretion or where required by law, and may be subject to the payment provider's technical constraints.
- • Complimentary, donation, partner, or manually granted access does not create a continuing obligation for Cookiezy to provide the same access indefinitely.
Disclaimers, liability limits, and ending the service
Cookiezy should include final legal language here after review, but the current draft reflects the intended commercial structure of the service.
- • Except where prohibited by law, the service should be provided on an 'as available' basis and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every regulatory or technical scenario.
- • Customers are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating adapter behavior, consent setup, and legal configuration before production use.
- • Cookiezy may suspend or terminate access where an account is overdue, abused, compromised, used outside scope, or otherwise in material breach of the agreement, including by limiting premium functionality to a necessary-only restricted mode before full service access is restored.
- • Final limitation-of-liability, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute-resolution clauses should be reviewed with legal counsel before public release.
Terms FAQ
A few answers to the most common pre-sales and post-purchase questions.
Can a customer install the adapter on unlimited sites after one purchase?
No. Use is intended to remain within the domain, plan, and entitlement limits associated with the relevant account or manual grant.
Can Cookiezy grant access without payment for partners or charity projects?
Yes. Cookiezy may offer manual access grants such as complimentary, donation, partner, or other override-based access at its discretion.
What happens when billing becomes overdue?
Depending on the applicable workflow, downloads, customer documentation, or premium adapter functionality may be restricted until the account is brought back into good standing or a manual grant is applied. In practice, Cookiezy may leave only the necessary-only compliance layer active while optional functionality stays blocked.
